Terrance "DJ Bay" Long has been on the path of making a name for himself and building a trusted brand for over 10 years as a Club/Event/Mixtape DJ, music producer, and as of 2011 the head of the digital marketing department and A&R representative over at the 50 year old national independent distribution company Select-O-Hits Music Distribution, one of the largest independent label and music distributors in the country. In addition to his work at Select-O-Hits DJ Bay is a member of the Coast to Coast Mixtape DJ's,Drum Squad DJ's, All-Star DJ's, and in August of 2011 he was appointed the head of the Mid-South DJ Coalition. Praised by his peers as "relentless," "determined", "motivated", and "supportive'' individual a future music and entertainment exec with a passion to see change in the Memphis music scene and impacting the music industry with his talents and being ahead of the curve.
